With high computing power and minimal latency, the AMI240 is ideal for demanding applications such as remote monitoring and autonomous systems, where software complexity is steadily increasing. Thanks to Intel® SR-IOV technology, the AMI240 supports up to 6 operating systems simultaneously, providing users with the flexibility to choose and switch between, for example, Windows 10 and 11, Android, and Ubuntu, as needed.

SR-IOV partitions the device into multiple virtual devices with separate resources, which is ideal for systems utilizing different operating systems for different purposes. Developers can work across platforms, optimize existing resources, and thus save costs and energy.

The AMI240 offers a variety of ports, including multiple M.2 slots (B-Key, E-Key, M-Key), AMT 16.1, TPM 2.0, and robust expansion options via PCI-E slots. Four RJ45 Ethernet ports with dual 2.5GbE and two PoE+ ports enable versatile networking capabilities. Compatible with Sierra 5G modules and equipped with dual SIM slots for WWAN selection (5G/4G/LTE), the AMI240 also supports two DDR5-4800/5600 modules with a capacity of up to 64GB. A 24V DC input ensures stable power supply and over, under and reverse voltage protection for additional reliability.

Thanks to its compact and space-saving design, the AMI240 is also suitable for harsh environments and operates smoothly with its very wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, even in extreme temperatures and temperature fluctuations.

Optionally, a matching 270V power supply according to DIN IEC62368-1/EN62368-1 is available.
